Dr. Stephen Douglas Cahill is a board-certified surgeon. After attending Lehigh University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Cahill received his DO at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital
(McLaren Macomb), an affiliate of Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Cahill is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and has served as Chief of Surgery at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center (McLaren Macomb) where he has been on staff for over 30 years. He is active in breast cancer management and serves as physician liaison to the American College of Surgeons Committee on Cancer and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. Cahill is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Surgery for Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Outside of work Dr. Cahill is a proud and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and Tigers fan. Dr. Cahill's cosmetic surgery excellence is consistently recognized by being named "Best in Plastic Surgery" in Macomb County by the Macomb Daily Readers' Poll.
